I have been in the event production business for over thirty years. During that time I have used several different portable toilet companies. They provided portable restrooms but that's about it. If something came up during an event, I was always hard pressed to try and get someone out to fix the problem. That can't happen if you want to keep your visitors happy. Since I began working with Kevin Schneider over ten years ago, I have never had a problem that he couldn't fix. He has always been there when we needed him. When you find someone that is that dedicated to the welfare of his customers you don't let him go. Now Kevin has his own company and I couldn't be happier. I know he will instill in all of his employees that same sense of urgency when it comes to customer service.

It gives me great pleasure to be given the opportunity to tell you about Mr. Kevin Schneider of 1st Jon. I am taking a wild guess that I have known Kevin for over 15 years when it comes to the world of PortoJons. I am in the event business and, as we all know, Kevin's services are, indeed, required for any large or small event. My primary affiliation with him is with the City of Los Angeles Marathon, where he has provided units for over 20,000 runners at the start line, services at the finish line and along the 26.2 mile course. He has also provided fencing for this event. Secondly, is with the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA which attracts 60,000 people. At this venue, he has provided us with miles of chain link fencing. In all my encounters with Kevin, I have found him to be prompt for any meeting that comes up, well informed about the needs of the client, someone who actually looks at and critiques a venue map, and above all, one of the most pleasant people I know. His family is also dedicated to his efforts and are usually there for him when needed. He has always gone above and beyond expectations - at least in My book! His staff is as conscientious as he, so when I learn that Kevin has been contracted for a job, I have no doubts in my mind that it will be done expeditiously, and a price that is satisfactory to everyone. My blessings are 100% on Kevin and 1st Jon.
